Our molding workshop runs 36 single- and dual-color injection molding machines from 90T to 700T, including Nissei, Haitian, FCS and Yizumi platforms. Dual-color machines combine soft TPE grips with rigid PP or ABS bodies in one shot, while automated take-out robots keep daily-use parts running hands-free around the clock. Downstream we offer texture transfer, silk-screen printing, coating and final assembly, so your products leave our factory retail-ready.
Daily-use programs are audited too – especially for brands selling on global e-commerce platforms. Maifeng Precision runs APQP-style project management from part design analysis and DFM reports to moldflow validation, in-process IPQC checks and full dimensional reporting with Hexagon CMM and 2.5D inspection equipment.
Daily-use molds we build start from part design analysis; a mold design drawing and DFM report are available so you can see how the mold will be before mold making; if the product is complex, a moldflow report is presented as well; our in-house mold making shop keeps mold quality under well control; and a mold normally takes 20-40 days, depending on the part design.

The material-saving cold runner with point gate minimizes waste, while oil-cylinder core pulling together with push-plate ejection releases the deep-drawn geometry cleanly – parts come out of the mold free of flash and ready for assembly.
