Our automotive program runs on 36 single- and dual-color injection molding machines from 90T to 700T, including Nissei, Haitian, FCS and Yizumi platforms. Dual-color machines mold transparent PC light guides together with structural brackets in one shot, while automated take-out and insert loading keep cycle times short and stable. Downstream, we provide electroplating-ready surfaces, spray painting, silk-screen printing and a 15-meter automated assembly line, so parts leave our factory ready for your line.
Automotive programs are audited programs. Maifeng Precision holds the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certification and runs APQP-style project management from part design analysis and DFM reports to moldflow validation, in-process IPQC checks and full dimensional reporting with Hexagon CMM and 2.5D inspection equipment.
Automotive molds we build start from part design analysis; a mold design drawing and DFM report are available so you can see how the mold will be before mold making; if the product is complex, a moldflow report is presented as well; our in-house mold making shop keeps mold quality under well control; and a mold normally takes 20-40 days, depending on the part design.
