Kunshan Maifeng Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (MIF) is a one-stop plastic parts manufacturer covering product design, mold design and manufacturing, injection molding and product assembly. Our workshop runs 36 injection molding machines – including 11 newly added Zhafir all-electric machines – supported by more than 50 sets of mold manufacturing and processing equipment and a complete inspection lab, so your project moves from a sketch or sample to mass production inside one factory.
We specialize in product design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, and product assembly for various types of plastic parts. Our parent company was established in 2008. With an independent plant of more than 5,000 m², a production team of over 100 people, 50+ units of equipment and 16+ years of industry experience, we serve customers across medical, automotive, consumer, packaging and outdoor power equipment industries.
1. Product Design – We conduct product structure design and optimization based on the provided drawings and samples.
2. Mold Design – Based on customer requirements, we select an appropriate mold design scheme.
3. Mold Manufacturing – One-stop processing including machining, polishing, assembly and other processes for mold parts.
4. Injection Molding – Single/double-color injection molding machines to meet customer order requirements.
5. Product Assembly – Finished parts are assembled, inspected and packed for shipment in our own assembly shop.

MIF (Mold It More Fluently) has rich experience in cup and pot development, we has obtained QS Certification. MIF provides one-stop services from design to mold making, injection molding production, oil spraying, screen printing, assembly, and shipping. At present, the types of development include insulated cups, plastic cups, straw cups, tea separation cups, etc.
MIF is located in Kunshan, Jiangsu, adjacent to Shanghai (15 minute journey). The transportation is very convenient. We warmly welcome you & your company to visit and inspect our factory.
