Our cup program runs on 36 single- and dual-color injection molding machines from 90T to 700T. Dual-color machines such as the FCS 400T mold two-material lids and handles (hard PP or PC with soft TPE grips) in one cycle, while large machines like the Yizimi 450T handle fully automated 60-second cycles for threaded caps. Downstream, we provide spray painting, silk-screen printing, vacuum metallizing and a 15-meter automated assembly line, so lids leave our factory ready for your filling or packing line.
Drinkware touches food and mouths, so compliance comes first. We hold the national industrial product production license (QS) for food-contact plastic containers. All food-contact resins are sourced from first-tier suppliers such as BASF, Covestro, DuPont, LG Chem and SABIC with full lot traceability, and every lid passes leak and thread-fit checks before shipment.
Cup & bottle projects delivered for global drinkware brands, from single-color threaded caps to two-material lids and handles. We start from part design analysis; a mold design drawing and DFM report are available so you can see how the mold will be before mold making; if the product is complex, a moldflow report is presented as well; our in-house mold making shop keeps mold quality under well control; and a mold normally takes 20-40 days, depending on the part design.

1. Reasonably concealed gate location – the gate location is designed to be inconspicuous or hidden in a way that does not affect the appearance or function of the final product.
2. Texture (a surface treatment for mold surfaces to create a specific pattern or texture) – multiple texturing processes available, with even and fine texture patterns.
3. Parting line (the line where the two halves of a mold come together to form the cavity) – the visible but not touchable parting line on the exterior, near-zero parting line on the rotating insert, and clear color division boundary without burrs.
4. Appearance – resolve issues such as air traps, flow marks, stress marks, etc.
