Toilet brushes have come a long way from the bristle brush in a drip tray. The 3rd generation magnetic wall mounted toilet brush shown here replaces the floor-standing base with a magnetic wall mount, pairs a slim PP handle with a 360° rotatable wedge sponge head, and adds press-to-dispose replacement pads – a design that is quickly becoming a best-seller in bathroom cleaning categories on global e-commerce platforms.
At Kunshan Maifeng Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (MIF), we produce the plastic parts behind this product – the PP handle, the head joint and related components – through custom mold design and injection molding, from mold development to quality inspection and packing. This article walks through both sides of the story: what makes the product sell, and how its plastic parts are manufactured.

Each generation of toilet brush solved a different problem: the first generation cleaned but dripped in its tray, the second hid the brush in a caddy but still touched the floor, and the third generation removes the base entirely. A self-adhesive magnetic mount holds the slim handle on the wall, so the brush hangs in the air, dries naturally, and saves floor space in compact bathrooms.
The cleaning end is a wedge-shaped sponge pad mounted on a flexible joint that rotates through 360 degrees. The small chamfer of the wedge reaches deep corners, under the toilet rim and along tile gaps, while the joint lets the pad follow curved surfaces instead of skipping over them.
The head is also designed for hygiene. Pads can be reused or pressed off and disposed of without touching the used sponge, and replacement pads are supplied in packs so end users keep a fresh edge on hand. The internal spring-loaded joint is a typical example of a small plastic assembly where part tolerance and snap-fit accuracy decide how the product feels in use.

Hanging on the magnetic mount, the brush stays off the floor, drips less and dries faster – a cleaner storage habit that matches how bathrooms are actually used. Installation takes seconds: peel the sticker, attach the magnetic base to the handle, adjust the height and stick it on the wall. When the sponge pad reaches the end of its life, one press over a bin releases it for disposal.

The handle and head components are molded in PP, a material chosen for everyday cleaning products because it is durable, comfortable to hold and keeps a smooth, clean finish after repeated use. A slim one-piece handle looks simple, but it needs a well-balanced mold: uniform wall thickness along the tube, a gate and ejection layout that leaves no visible marks, and straightness control so the brush hangs true on its magnetic mount.
From mold design to injection molding, our workflow covers mold development, trial molding, quality inspection and packing. Multi-cavity production keeps the parts consistent across batches, and finished parts are checked and packed safely for delivery – the same process shown in the overview below.

Beyond the toilet bowl, the wedge head works on basins, bathtubs and tile gaps – one tool for the whole bathroom. For brand owners, distributors and e-commerce sellers, we support the plastic parts of this product line with OEM options including custom colors, private label packaging and logo marking, and we welcome projects built from your own drawings or samples.
