The simplest accessories are often the least forgiving to mould. This bottle handle is a single ring with a hook rising off it, no hinges, no fasteners, no moving parts, and every function it has lives in how faithfully the ring stays round and how honestly the hook bends. Three colour versions are shown from the same tooling family.
The ring slips over the bottle neck and seats in its groove; the hook is what a hand or a carabiner takes. Installation is a firm press, no tools, and the fit is what keeps the handle from spinning under load.

The ring’s function is interference fit: it flexes open to pass over the bottle mouth and closes back into the neck groove. That only works if the ring is round out of the tool. Uneven cooling around the loop, or a gate that finishes filling one side before the other, pulls the ring oval, and an oval ring either will not seat or grips loosely and spins the first time the hook is loaded.
The countermeasures are decided before the tool is cut: uniform ring cross-section, balanced gating, and cooling laid out so both sides of the loop shrink the same. Roundness is then checked on every lot, because it is the one dimension the user tests without knowing it, the moment the handle snaps on.

Everything the handle carries arrives at the hook: a hand gripping it, or a hook on a wall, or a carabiner clipped through. The bend radius is the design lever. Too tight a radius concentrates stress at the inside corner of the bend and the handle cracks there after a season of swings; too generous a radius makes the hook loose and awkward to grab. Root thickness where the hook meets the ring is read together with the radius, because that junction is where the load path narrows.
Resin choice leans on flex fatigue rather than stiffness alone. A handle that survives a thousand lifts has more to do with the material’s behaviour under repeated bending than with how rigid it feels in the showroom.

The three colour versions run from the same tooling, which is the quiet economic argument for keeping the part simple. Colour is compounded rather than coated, so a scuffed handle is the same colour underneath, and each version is matched against its own master rather than assumed to match its siblings. Where a customer’s bottle range spans colours, the handles follow without new tooling.
Ring roundness and seating force on the actual bottle, sampled across the lot. Hook load test, hung well above a full vessel’s weight and cycled. Flex fatigue at the root, since that is the crack initiation point. Colour against each version’s master.
Kunshan Maifeng Precision Industry Co., Ltd. reviews bottle accessory designs before quoting, builds the injection molds in house, and molds single-color and dual-color parts on 36 machines from 90 to 700 tons. Send us the bottle drawing and the colour range, and we will come back with a feasibility comment and a tooling proposal.
